ART Forum

The ART Forum is a platform for anyone involved in the arts community to ask and answer questions about visual arts.

The forum has just been launched, so if you experience any problems, please let us know so we can fine tune them. brendan@artright.co.za

                                                                                                                                                  .

Overview

Users log onto the forum and ask a question. Any user can answer that question. If an answer is useful or not, that answer can be voted for by giving a thumbs up or thumbs down vote.

After a while a user will build up a reputation by gaining or loosing  karma points (The amount of times you are voted for). The more karma points the more thumbs up votes you have. This means it is easier to gauge the usefulness and trustworthiness of a users answer by the amount of karma points he or she has.

  • Karma points can be gained if you ask or answer a relevant question and people vote thumbs up on it.
  • Karma points will be deducted if people vote thumbs down for a bad answer or a bad question.
